I also have my doubts about the quality of this audiobook. I wonder if it was done a long time ago. It hasn't got the polish of more heavily edited/produced books I've listened to. I'm not being mean or anything, but I can hear the guy shifting around, moving papers once even, and breathing. Now, I can't fault him for breathing, but the rest seems a tad...off.
