Once More Into the...thingy...

[Poll #481554]
That's done, as am I with DeepDiscount. I got them to accept the fact that they will have to remail me the last DVD in my shipment because it's really ridiculous that the first one never arrived when the other DVDs in that shipment did, and the second one is in Post Office limbo at the main branch for NYC. This is absurd. It's going (goodie!) UPS, but I had the foresight to say, nuh-uh, you send that to my parents' house. It's not like they have to sign for it or anything, he can leave it in the mailbox, no harm no foul. The best part was when she asked, "Do you have a problem with UPS?" Oh, the irony.
This is going to be the most hard-fought for DVD in my life, and I'm not even remotely excited about it any more because I got the urge in my head to watch Sliding Doors oh, what was it? Yes, I believe it was two months ago? Ask my roommates. I wanted Cecil B Demented, watched it once, maybe twice, haven't again since. Same with Wrong Turn, though I watched that a crapload more because I had it the same day I wanted it and, well, it's a horror movie and those are cheap silly fun. Speaking of which, while browsing the DeepDiscount website, I found a 3-pack of 28 Days Later, Joy Ride, and Wrong Turn for only $30. Seeing as I paid $15-16 for Wrong Turn and will pay about the same for 28 Days Later whenever I get around to buying it, that might have made more sense.
Then again, buying Joy Ride would mean owning a movie with Paul Walker who has one tone of voice and one expression he uses in every movie. If you've seen The Fast and the Furious you've seen every Paul Walker movie there is (and you might as well just see that one because none of his others have been memorable, plus, hey, Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez--how can you go wrong?)
