During last night's LOST, when Henry Gale was talking, I forget what he said, but I started to shout, "He's their Leoben!" This drew confused looks from my LOST/BSG virgin friend, but feiran agreed with me.

This morning, when I was clearing out some Gmail, there was a link to something at Sports Illustrated about a "Doral deal," which I read as "Doral duel," which I then pictured and giggled. I've just finished Horatio Hornblower, where duels were plenty, so now I'm picturing these futuristic real-looking robots taking paces and turning flintlock pistols on each other.

That has got to be the ugliest picture of Johnny Howard I have ever seen. He looks like a demented, senile version of the Joker cross with the Grinch.

ETA: And the caption beneath it reas "Beneath the unassuming facade..." WTF? Are they joking? At least Johnny boy admits he's fugly in the first line of the article. Sheesh.
