Happy Christmas! Have an Aliens vs. Predator sequel! Yes, please! I know I'm in the minority, but as far as comic/video-game adaptations to screen go, the first movie was entirely decent. Plus, I defy you to say anything bad about Lance Henrikson's being in it. And the aliens were kinda cuddly. I appreciate any attempt to make them less terrifying to me, I do.

viridian prompted me to look up pictures of young Edward James Olmos, and holy hell! He looks like Latin Andy Garcia (who, um, come to think of it, is Latin Andy Garcia, I suppose). But yeah, all you people hating on my Daddy Adama love: IN YOUR FACE. Dear God, it's a good thing he's older now. No one would possibly be able to keep up with him. I'm judging this entirely on his ability to grow facial hair like the wolfman, as that's a good sign of healthy, even overactive testosterone production. Anyone who slept with this man in his youthful prime probably fell afoul of the "Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex" problem. WOOT!
