Heh. I think the King of the Cosmos is just trying to encourage the lesser humans to be as bold as he is. He's wrapping up their pants so they'll run around in spandex showing off their packages, too.

Those are pants. There isn't a pants-specific level in KD, but there are plenty of item-specific levels. Perhaps this is a promo for the PS3 SUPER KATAMARI DAMACY, and this ball of pants is merely a hologram generated by the machine.

He was talking about Katamari Damacy. It didn't take much. I didn't know it had been abbreviated like that in common web parlance, but I get it.
