Feeling generally gross today. Went to work to do an hour's worth of stuff that needed doing. Boss very kind, saying I could go home, come back later today, decided just to skip out on the whole day and get done what I had to earlier so I can curl up and ignore life for a day.

Not sure what's wrong with me. I feel like gagging every other breath, and I couldn't breathe properly trying to sleep last night. Not in pain, not overly tired. Maybe it's the weather.
