speaking as someone who has spent many an hour working with slow new white belts, never feel bad about "slowing them down". it really helps us arrogant upper level types to have to think about things from a basic level and try to teach them. teaching is harder than actually doing whatever it is so it makes the upper level belt people learn it better too.
