it's really just more (but better) cabin-in-the-woods mayhem.
That's really what I see T2 as being. I swear, the pacing is exactly the same, and some minor things happen that are different, but otherwise, almost the same movie.
Also, is that comment about Robert Patrick a good or bad one? I can't tell if people like him or not ever.
