I'm not embarrassed that it was the first thing you talked about--obviously, etiquette says Thou Shalt Totally Discuss The Wang when someone's putting it out there. Duh. You just do it out of range of the cast and crew. :)
Come to think of it, I tend to save *all* critique for the ride home or diner. Reacting in the theatre with anything other than polite interest just feels out of place somehow. :P
