How hard is it to get a cup of tea around this place anyway!? We have BACK UP TEA SYSTEMS and still I struggle to get some. I, apart from the supplies my job has laid aside, have back ups, and still problems.

We have one of those single-cup systems with at least four kinds of tea to choose from, and two boxes (including my preferred flavor) were totally empty. One box was out and out not on the rack. The lady who replenishes stock was not in the office. I snagged a normal tea bag to go make tea with hot water from the water cooler, and there were no bottles of water left. I went back to the single-cup machine and took out some hot water from it. OUR SUPPLIES ARE AT CRITICAL LEVELS. HELP ME OBI-WANT KENOBI, YOU'RE MY ONLY HOPE.

I don't think Obi-Wan can make you tea.

If you can't abuse the Force to boil water, what good is it?

Who are you, Arthur Dent?

Alas, today is not Thursday, or I'd have said yes.

I have cup-size Lipton Cold Brew iced tea bags. Though if you're missing water, those won't do you much good, hm?

We have quite the situation around here. Water, water everywhere, and all that. No, really. We can't drink the tap water because of some bacterial scare that happened a while back (and they've not let up on the suggestion that we continue to stay away from it, so we have). All the water for the single-cup brewer comes from the cooler. When the cooler runs out, no one gets nuttin.

Don't you work in a lab? Don't you have Bunsen burners or something? Be creative or no tea for you!

We have a bunsen burner, but unless I want my tea to either scald me or be an hour away from drinking at all times, I'll stick to the machine.

Also, because I work in a lab, I'm not ready to eat/drink off anything that's been used for lab purposes, so that goes for the burner and any containers.

I wouldn't lick a bunsen burner either, but you do have a ceramic mug that you could put on top of it, no?

That way you'd get the Authentic Scorch Marks of Cred, too!
