Now that's so much ridiculousness. Humans can be pretty fragile. If a somebody comes at you with anything besides a padded Nerf baton, that's a potentially lethal attack right there.
And the notion that you can shoot anybody *anywhere* safely is absurd. People can die just as easily from bullets that pierce arteries in the arm or the leg as they can from shots to the head.
