What a difference a day makes

Yesterday, I was over the moon. It was a good day, start to finish, with only the most minor of idiocy bumps in the otherwise smooth and open road. Everything was coming up TrinityVixen.

Today, I was woken up by the sound of my cat puking on my rented textbook. It's like the universe wanted me to know that the fun? She was over.

Haha talk about a rude awakening. Sorry for your bad luck. : / Our cat, who has taken to sleeping in my room over the past several months, was kind enough to spare my things the couple of times she's thrown up in here and even jumped down from my bed once when she started making the hairball sound...should I assume she doesn't want to puke on my things?

It didn't really. It got loads better. Except where I sorta fell asleep in a huge lecture hall talk and got elbowed by my labmate. But otherwise, it was better than being woken by cat vomiting should otherwise indicate.
