The last couple days have been kind of awful with humidity at 70% (10% higher than last week). You may not be 100%, but exercising outside now is like exercising in a swamp, and you're going to be losing salt worse than pretty much any other time this summer (so far). Just stay hydrated, and drink more than just water.
