Well, Thursday was muchos funos, if you'll allow me some Looney Tunes Latin there. Got to see Resident Evil with some neo-phytes, Kate convinced me to skip class again (she's a bad influence! she's also got a Snape fetish, well, Alan Rickman in general), then it was off to Undead, an Australian zombie movie. Funniest one since Brain Dead, er Dead Alive--man, I almost didn't remember that it's called something else back in the States. We ditched 28 Days Later's crowd and opted to check out Pirates of the Caribbean (can't spell that for my life) which just opened. Amy showed for that one, and she laughed her ass off--she's noisy! You could hear her and Kate all over the theater, I'm sure. It was worth the $10 to see again--this movie's hilarious. Then a quick stop at the ol'Stork Hotel, and an early evening. Man, I slept like a log...

Cut to today and my incredible ability to show no will power whatsoever. Bought the international poster for The Matrix Reloaded and the super-sexy close up of Viggo as Aragorn with Narsil (uh, what's it called when it's reforged again? Anduril?) from Return of the King--could have opted for the classier one with him on the horse, leading the charge against evil, but really, did anyone think I'd go for the classy one over the sexy one? No, didn't think so.

Alicyn's back from surgery, pooped out, poor thing. When she wakes up, I'll see what I can do for her, but otherwise, am thinking next few nights will be pretty quiet--need to be ready for SURFING Sunday. Oh, that and I'll need to like brace myself against Jodee's personality. This chick runs the student-contact part of the Butler program, and she's okay, really, but off, too, you know? Of course you don't, I'm talking to the computer. Alucard says hi. I need a nap. I should buy a boat!

(psst, come on people, what do you want from Australia? Nothing living, please, too expensive to ship, have had problems with male slaves escaping...)

Well if you choose to bring something back for me I'd probably ask from some random aboriginal trinket with some kind of meaning (though please don't do what my step-father does with importing religious demon masks, don't get me started).

I'll have the blenders ready for your return (though you have to do a better job at not spilling my concoctions like last time) ;)
