Okay, a couple of things...

First of all, the book How to Be a Villian, loaned to me from infosatyr by way of arcfox7, has some of the best advice for like killing good guys ever, but the part about killing their cute animal sidekicks cracked me up on the subway this morning.

...No cause for alarm, you say to yourself, this unobstrusive creature cannot even talk! But you forget that this loyal companion is masterful at emoting and grunting. Soon the ground shakes with the approach of avenging hooves. The lesson? Stop that ferret....Just because they are little and adorable does not mean they can weasel out of a duel to the death.

And now SomethingAwful's Photoshop Phriday is devoted to in-game ads. The one that cracked me up?

Need to differentiate characters, but they all have the same personality? Why not try Final Fantasy Hairspray?

See, the title screen was fruity, but at least it was outfruitied by Kuja. If Kuja met up with Tidus and Squall, and all three of them picked up their sailor boyfriends before going to the mall to play some Dance Dance Revolution and whistle at men who walk by, it would still not be as flagrantly homosexual as the ending to this game.
