I've only seen 47 of those movies. Actually, I was doing pretty well, then I hit a couple of blocks where not only had I not seen any of the movies, but I had no desire to see any of the movies. Heh.

I guess that means you have a life. Me, I was depressed by some of the ones I hadn't seen...

But notice how Rocky Horror's way up at the top? That's one I'm not really terribly interested in seeing so much as trying to understand its appeal...

The appeal is in the audience participation. It's a freaking subculture. Rocky fans were cosplaying before the anime community had a name for it. And the variations on some of the callout lines become endlessly entertaining--heck, we had a few Princeton-specific ones that became an institution in the short time I was there.

Not only do you need to see it, but you need to see it with people who are in the know.
