Jan. 9th, 2007 10:10 amLast night's dream featured a Broadway musical taking place in my old high school auditorium. My sister, Devin, sat next to me, and for some reason I kept throwing my arms over the back of my chair to stretch and yet never had them end up in the lap of the guy in the suit sitting behind me (which is too bad because I think he was Adrian Pasdar). The highlight of the musical was some over-bright number in which all the girls were blonde and wearing a red and white paneling dress that had been made by Jeffrey from season three of Project Runway. I know there were other outfits there made by the other final four contestants, but I can only remember the one dress (
deepredbelle, it was the one you liked, only it had no polka-dots).
I was going to nudge my sister to see if she noticed the PR connection (wondering if they had some contract with Bravo that meant their clothes had to be sold places), and then the scene shifted and suddenly it was a Project Runway episode with Jeffrey and Laura each stitching stuff that looked suspiciously like quilt blocks and ended with me wearing an asymmetrical skirt made of paper-pieced blocks.
Me. A model. Yeah, keep dreaming, subconscious.
