viridian but I have to share this exchange, too. This one has the pictures of the CW's Supernatural and Smallville ad designs for their flagship launch as a network.
Here's what I toldviridian about these truly awful compositions:
trinityvixen: OMG, I forgot to tell you. My roommate said the CW poster for Smallville was the Gayest Thing Ever(TM). She's wrong; it's actually the most retarded thing ever.
viridian: CW? Oh, that demonspawn hybrid channel.
trinityvixen: I wanted you to see it. It's really that awful. Everyone else's show got a decent poster. They clearly hate Tom Welling. It's like they just insulted his mother and then snapped a picture really quickly while he was about to respond but wasn't yet sure if they were being serious about what they said, so he's still sort of smiling. So he looks like a suspicious retard with his mouth hanging open. Imagine the DUMB-ASS fucking face you'd make if, out of nowhere, I called your mother a dirty asshole-licking cunt. Just picture it. BOOM! While you were picturing it, I took a picture of you. Congrats, you'd still look less stupid than this poster.

CW Exec: Well, what do we have for our "Free to Be" campaign for Smallville? That's one of our biggest shows, so it had better be good.
Photographer: Uh...I have good news and bad news about that. The bad news is that Tom Welling might be autistic. The good news is we can probably recycle pictures of Ben Stiller making monkey lips in Zoolander. We're not sure anyone will notice the difference.
CW Exec: When you say 'might be autistic,' you mean...?
Photographer: He tried to eat the camera we set up. Then he dribbled onto his shirt.
trinityvixen: I wish I could find their ads online.
viridian: I'll have to come into the city and look.
trinityvixen: Can you imagine the hell that posting these pictures online could cause? I can only imagine what the Supernatural fandom would do to theirs, where both the brothers look like they were caught doing something naughty...together. There's enough incest fic in the world.
viridian: Supernatural scares me; it, like, encourages the incest.
trinityvixen: Does it? Fantastic. So glad I stopped watching it when the pilot sucked cock. And, when I say 'sucked cock,' by the by? I don't mean anything offensive to people who chose that sexual activity. I just mean that Supernatural showed up on TV all flaccid, and only massive amounts of estrogen-induced pumping, combined with copious amounts of drool and a willingness to ingest large quantities of nasty CRAP, has kept this show on the air.
