SAM: Really? What are they doing now?
CLARENCE: Lurching, sir, I think. Groaning. Zombie things.
SAM: Reg!...Have you met Constable Shoe? One of my staff. Been dead for more than thirty years and loves every minute of it, eh Reg?
REG: Right, Mister Vimes.
SAM: Some fellow countrmen of yours down in the cellar, Reg.
REG: Oh, dear. Lurching, are they?
SAM: 'Fraid so, Reg.
REG: I shall go and have a word with them.

I just saw a bunch of similarly adorned Fox News posters today. Heartening to think that maybe some people are starting to see them as the sham they are.

Which Pratchett book is that? I know the characters, but the scene doesn't sound familiar.
