Still, when you say it a lot, you then run out of something really bad to say when you seriously need to say something bad.

There are always the C-words: Cock and Cunt. When something goes bad and "fuck" isn't enough, I find myself going "Oh COCK IT ALL!!!" With a British accent, too, strangely enough.
