Lisa and I discovered 'workout mode' on DDR, and we've been doing half-hour routines each night this week. Sure. there are other ways of getting your exercise, and they're all probably more athletic, and better for you etc etc. However, burning 200 calories while having fun and getting to listen to Break Down! and all the other songs on DDRMax2 is a lot more fun, and we encourage each other, so there's fewer break downs of the exercise order. In about another week when we tire of the same songs over and over, we'll just have to start doing stair exercises or going for walks.
