I decided to actually go through that blog out of morbid curiosity (and to kill time between lunch and a meeting). She actually has some real news issues linked (roughly 1 of those for every 7 insane rants). I also came across the general rule outlining what sort of comments are disallowed:

In the future all comments that are:

pro-porn
pro-prostitution
woman-blaming
racist
misogynist
lesbophobic
pro-capitalist
...or otherwise woman-hating

will not be tolerated on this journal and will be automatically deleted.

But as the full entry says, open discussion is important, so don't hesitate to comment if you disagree with her!

I'm not sure I'm physically capable of posting something that isn't at least obliquely pro-capitalist (though I'm not sure how that qualifies as woman-hating), so I guess I'd better stay away.

I have no idea how she imagines telling people that they can't be happy in interracial romances isn't racist, but I stopped trying to make sense of this person. She's more misogynist than any of the people disagreeing with her because she thinks women are always the victims in sex!

As for how to be pro/anti capitalist...!? THIS IS NOT THE COLD WAR. Everyone is capitalist if they're smart these days, we just need more restrictions to be sure that people don't get rich by making other people suffer unduly. I can't tell if that would count as anti-capitalist and she'd like me, but I really couldn't care less.

Oops, I didn't click over to her new blog on WordPress. The rules have since changed! The latest (from today, in fact!) reads:

I am just going to delete whatever the fuck I want whenever the fuck I want to. I’m not going to bother with having rules. This will be an unapologetically radically feminist space. If what I write offends you go elsewhere.

I love the fact that I can control what is being said on this space. I am delete happy and will delete stupid, pointless comments just because I can. Don’t bother commenting if you think that I am not going to listen to you. You are probably right.

Well, clearly chuckro's translation was correct, if not downright prophetic!

Other highlights over there include a reply to a reply on her Whedon post that we all loved, and use of the word "girlcott". (Boycott is not a compound word, of course, but is [I didn't know this until now] named after a man - reason enough to mangle it, I'm sure.)
