Last thoughts before a new ep

I just have this one thought, my one and only prediction for how tonight's episode and the ones after will probably go, vis a vis the SEKRET Cylons:
Sam is so dead. I have to get used to this now so I am not crying later. I always thought he'd be the first outed of the four, and we're getting to mid-season (of twenty episodes not including Razor, this is six or seven tonight) when I thought that would happen. But it's not even the fact that being the first to come out of the closet as a Cylon that's going to kill him.
He's doomed because he is so, so sane. Each of the other four has gone BEYOND BATSHIT INSANE. Tigh is messing around with Caprica, Tory's completely around the twist about God and Baltar (not necessarily in that order), and I couldn't be any more afraid of the (former) Chief right now if Aaron Douglas bit the head off of a kitten.
And Sam is...still getting shit done. I know, WTF, right?
Sam is the only one who seems to have remembered the "be the man you want to be" speech. Although his man has gotten a tad chumpier since he fixated on making all of Kara's dreams come true as proof he's human, he still is him. When he beat on Leoben and told him he was cool with the Cylons killing each other, that was as human a response as anything. It was Sam going, "You're not my people no matter that my wiring says differently." It was so awesome.
So, of course, I'm pretty sure that Sam's gonna bite it. Maybe not tonight, but if there's one thing this show doesn't reward, it's sanity. Look who's been killed off and look who's still around. Tell me anyone left is still sane who isn't, like, Gaeta. And who's gone? Cain, Billy, Kat, Mathias...all the people who, like 'em or not, GOT SHIT DONE.
Oh god, they can't take away Anders from me. First of all, the lack of beefcake will definitely put a crimp in my enjoyment of the final season. (AND WILL DEFINITELY LEAD TO ME TALKING MORE ABOUT WANTING TO DRY HUMP DADDY ADAMA. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.) Second, I'll be pissed that they are, again, going to take the easy route and shoot down the practical character instead of, you know, encouraging practicality WHEN THE ENTIRE FATE OF HUMANITY IS AT STAKE. Gawd.
He better find some way to come back, that's all I'm saying.
