I could be made over the fact that she's dismissing probably one of the greatest graphic novels ever. I could be. But I didn't even get that far. She starts off dismissing it because it's written by Frank Miller. I could be mad about her dissing on Frank Miller. But I'm not.

Watchmen was written by Alan Moore. She can't even get the reason she's ignorant right. SHE IS IGNORANT OF HER IGNORANCE. SHE IS SO STUPID SHE CAN'T EVEN FIGURE OUT THAT THE REASON SHE DOESN'T WANT TO EVEN OPEN ONE OF THE BEST GODDAMNED STORIES EVER IS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT.

I think she should burn for this, and I'm going to the store for matches right now.

Oh, I see. But aren't the movies all vaguely in the same sort of edgy style, regardless of what the comics were? I got the impression that the Frank Miller thing was just another example of stuff she didn't like.

I'm as shallow as the next guy (I watched Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back twice, honest to fucking God, because it featured Eliza Dushku in a latex bodysuit), but #122's judgment is like not watching Angel because you don't think Christian Bale is hot. Shallow is OK, shallow and ignorant (and proud enough to advertise it) not so much.

You missed the other reason she's stupid -- the trailer does NOT feature a new Smashing Pumpkins song. It's the B-side to the single for Batman & Robin, which, last I checked, was over a decade old.

Man, musicians have so many songs, it's hard to keep track. Also, she's proven she's dumbass with the Miller/Moore mix up, so I don't have to defend anything else she does. She's probably 15, hasn't known Smashing Pumpkins before they broke up and thinks she's being edgy 'cause she likes this "old stuff" or whatever the shit she's talking about. Haaaaate.
