I need distraction

Kitty update: nothing really. He needs new and better (read: more expensive) stuff, but we'll probably transfer him to another place to board for another night and then pick him up to take home-home tomorrow if he's doing better. Newer, better (also expensive) stuff to get for right now: antibiotics and special pH-altering foodstuffs to dissolve the mineral deposits in his bladder. (Unless they're the bad--badder--kind. Then we're looking at surgery. Joy.) Inexpensive stuff for kitty: loving him good when we finally get him back.

Looking to distract myself. May go back to reading more of The DM of the Rings despite the fact it's turning me dangerously nerdy person. I should say nerdier. Any other suggestions would be hot.
