Less gripy, more hopeful

trinityvixenInstead of focusing on this collection of gaffes from the other side, let us celebrate the fact that we've got an entirely decent person running for VP on Democratic ticket. All hail, Joe Biden!
The man wants more money to fund processing of rape kits. Of which there is a backlog some hundreds of thousands long. Well, he's got my vote, with or without Obama. It could be the most mismanaged program the government funds (HA! We know that isn't true, don't we?), and this would still be an amazingly awesome thing that Joe Biden does for this country.
Unlike, say, these people, who want to do pretty much the opposite:
