How bad is this show?

Heroes is so bad that I am now confused by instead of attracted to Adrian Pasdar's wantonly bare chest.

And I know the title is from a Dylan Thomas poem, but for some reason I keep getting "Blinded by the Light" by Manfred Mann in my head whenever I think about it. As you can probably guess, I'm trying not to think about it too much.

Actually, I am thinking that the only reason left for me to watch is because it means I get to spend time with gryphonrose after the kids are asleep. I am so not interested anymore. they have screwed up too damn much.

I'll just stick with Pushing Daisies for my weekly television fix. I am so addicted - and *SCORE!* I got the first season on DVD as an anniversary present. Muahaha! :)

That's the song where I always think he's singing "caught up like a douche" instead of "deuce." Seriously, if you're going to sing that lyric, you need to articulate.

Yes, it took a few listens to really understand that lyric. Of course, "deuce" is a euphemism for a really large, smelly dump, so there's still grossness.

Technically, it's "Revved up like a Deuce". The reason it sounds like douche to many is because the singer that made it famous is a New Zealander, it's a property of the Kiwi accent.
