So who else wants some?

01. Reply with your name and I will write something about you.
02. I will then tell what song/movie remind me of you.
03. If I were to apply an o'clock to you, it would be...
04. I will try to name a single word that best describes you.
05. I'll tell you the most memorable moment I've had with you.
06. I will tell you what animal you remind me of.
07. I'll then tell you something that I've always wondered about you.
08. Put this in your journal

Well, I don't know "Vista" but I hated "A Life Less Ordinary." That was before I'd learned to love the Ewan.

As for number 7 - um, overtone singing? Seriously the biggest example for me would be writing (well, how good I am at that remains to be seen). For years I thought I was an absolutely crap writer. Now I've read absolutely crap writing and I know I'm not it.

#7 - dunno. I'm apathetic. I might eventually have my knees fixed in order to avoid them randomly dislocating all the damn time, and as a side note I'd probably be able to dance again, but chances are I'd lack the necessary grace and coordination. I do miss having the OPTION of dancing regularly, though. Every time I tried after the knee problems, I had to be so careful that it took all the fun out of the activity.

But here we go!

04) Pleased??? *looks confused*

07) By blood, my ties are to Cherokee (as grandpa use to say, "Everyone has a Cherokee grandmother"), Choctaw, Seminole (my father feels the strongest affinity with this nation since he was born a Florida swamp rat), Shawnee (this one I don't know too much about since it was something my late grandfather said he found out shortly before he died), and Inuit (mostly a rumor and we're still trying to figure out how the hell that happened, but dad says "If it is true it must of skipped me and gone straight to you Mr. Polar Bear!"). However more often than not I take the larger view of all Nations being an extended family (kind of like all pow wow all the time... man I could go for a fried bread right about now).

I could say something about how cat-owning single females with no interest in getting bfs are creepy losers, but I'd be in that category too.

As to after uni, I rather doubt I'll get anywhere near honours, not with my current marks. I'm thinking of doing an Arts degree after this one (Creative Writing, and maybe Maths or Comp Sci), because I really dont feel ready for the workforce yet.

7. I have no idea. I'm told that my mother was jewish, and her last name sounds kinda spanish (Ruiz?) but I have no idea who my father was at all. I am told that he had blonde hair and blue eyes, but I seriously doubt that is true. Black people think I'm part black, hispanic people think I'm hispanic, and I probably identify more strongly with the Asian.

1. Sooner than you know. I'll be able to schedule tv recordings at home through the web or my cell phone soon. And I need to look into re-enabling the ability to turn lights and appliances on and off the same way. I haven't checked yet whether Verizon is blocking port 80.

7. On me? I don't even know. (I'll note here that on chicks I like long hair.) I'm going to try medium next time I get it cut. Like, chin-length. If that looks like crap, I'll go back to what Rob called my "boy band haircut". I'm pretty much letting Michelle make this decision for me these days.

"All Dogs Go to Heaven" makes me cry.

I don't think I've heard "Only", do you have an mp3 of it you can send me?

I used to be more of a practicing Catholic, and I tried following the letter of Church law as best as I could. Hence all of the Catholic angst. Nowadays, while I'm still religious (which is probably bad for my mental and emotional health), I rarely go to church. I'm probably still a much better Catholic than most of those I know who are still church-goers and bible-thumpers. I don't think I'll ever abandon it, I do believe in God and my version of God has a scorecard.

Wow, took me a while to respond. I'm still getting myself intoa schedule of some sort and just figuring out life in a general way. As of right now I'm going to physical therapy twice a week and I'm going to interview for a part-time summer job doing mosaic art with my friend [livejournal.com profile] eutopiatetheory. I'm studying more computer stuff on my own, mostly for the web. I'm going to take the money I get from my job (I'll almost certainly get it) and use it to finance guitar lessons once again and voice lessons once again. I have myself doing examples from my music theory workbook, trying to write something everyday, trying to draw something everyday, and soon I want to find a means of effectively learning another language.

It sounds like a lot more than I'm actually accomplishing. I'm kinda moving at a snails pace through a lot of it.
