me: God, I make one post about cooking, and suddenly I have a billion reviews, all by guy friends. What's up with us knowing so many guys who cook and so few girls who do?
feiran: It's unnatural. They should instead be making babies.
me: LOL
feiran: Silly upstart men.

For the record, I'm engaged to jethrien and live with her. She's almost as good a cook as I am, I just get much more practice because I get home on average two hours before she does.

And on that topic, I cook much more now than when I lived by myself--it's just not worth it to cook elaborate dishes only for yourself.

Ditto on the last point. I'll probably get more into cooking when someone else is there to eat my food.
